Is a virtual visit right for you? The online nature of our service means that our medical providers have to be more cautious than if they were seeing you in person as part of a traditional visit. For this reason, we unfortunately can’t help everyone who wants to use our service. During your virtual visit, our medical staff will need to ask you questions concerning your health and current symptoms to determine if your illness or ailment is safe and suitable to treat virtually. It is important that you answer all questions truthfully to determine appropriate care. Depending on your symptoms and medical history, we may tell you that telemed is not right for you and advise you to see a healthcare provider in person.

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain, a severe allergic reaction or any other severe symptom, you should call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest emergency room.

When booking an appointment, it’s important to remember that this is an estimate as wait times can be unpredictable. Inland Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic. Your wait will vary depending on how busy the facility is and what other patients come in just before your appointment. It’s also important to reiterate that these facilities sometimes serve patients based on need. If someone comes in with an emergency condition, your appointment may be delayed or paused while they resolve the emergency.

*Prescription Restrictions: When your medical condition calls for a prescription, our providers can send an e-prescription straight to your local pharmacy. Please note that for your own safety and to comply with state pharmacology laws, the following restrictions apply: Temporary prescription refills (2-3 days) may be issued only when the patient is able to demonstrate an existing prescription. Patients with chronic illnesses should visit their primary care doctor or other specialists for extended care. Inland Urgent Care providers will not prescribe controlled substances, non-therapeutic drugs, and certain other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Inland Urgent Care does not guarantee that a prescription will be written; that will be determined by the provider based on your clinical presentation. However, you are always guaranteed quality healthcare
