Does Inland Urgent Care treat patients of all ages, including infants?

Inland Urgent Care’s providers will evaluate and treat patients of all ages,
including infants 3+ months and older. Depending on the presenting
symptoms, infants need to be directed for further evaluation, but our team of
clinicians can help to determine the best plan of treatment. While Inland
Urgent Care will evaluate anyone – regardless of age – who visits one of our
centers, our providers may decline to treat infants and refer them back to their
pediatrician or ER, where they can receive the most appropriate care.

I arrived before another patient. Why were they pulled back before me?

Inland Urgent Care also serves Industrial Medicine patients. These patients may have an appointment or may not need to see the provider when one is available. This is to aide in cutting down wait times; therefore, they may be called before you even if they arrived after you.
